Fluent is a Christchurch-based financial advisory specialising in Insurance, KiwiSaver and Employee Benefits like group health cover and income protection for your crew.
We're big believers that good financial advice starts with getting to know you. Not just your finances, but your life, the people who matter to you and what you're working towards. We want to be the people you feel comfortable calling when something changes, if you've got even the smallest question, or when life throws something unexpected your way.
We believe the best advice isn't a one-off conversation. It's a relationship that grows with you.
Hi, I'm Miki, the financial adviser behind Fluent.
I've spent much of my career working across insurance, healthcare and medical communications, both here in New Zealand and overseas. It's given me a unique mix of experience, and a genuine appreciation for how important it is to have the right people in your corner.
I love getting to know my clients: what they do, what they're working towards, what keeps them up at night and what makes them tick. I'm also a big believer in making financial advice feel less intimidating. You don't need to know the terminology, have everything figured out or arrive with a perfectly organised spreadsheet. That's my job.
I’m here beyond the paperwork too. I want to be the person you call in 5 or 10 years' time, whether you're buying a house, growing your family, changing jobs or simply wondering if what you've got still makes sense.

We don't charge you for our financial advice, reviews or ongoing support.
If you choose to take out insurance or join a KiwiSaver scheme through us, we're paid by the provider. We'll always explain how that works, so you know exactly where you stand.
No invoices for asking questions.
No charge for reviewing what you've already got. No obligation to go ahead with anything. Even the coffee's on us.
